Das Haus ist schon älter,was besonders in der Küche auffällt. Die Geräte funktionieren aber alle einwandfrei

The location was very nice. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, 10 - 15 minutes of walk to the beach. Communication with owner was ok, instructions clear.

I do not mind older equipment if the place was clean. It was not. It was half clean, large areas like floors and bathroom were clean, but hidden areas like shelves in kitchen, under beds, closets etc were dusty and moldy. This is the biggest issue we had with this place, we could not sleep first night due to sneezing and itching, next day we mopped the whole place with desinfection cleaner and left all the windows open. It helped. Grass in the garden was not mowed, it was at least 30 cm tall. The smell that was coming from drain in the shower was terrible. I do not know if it was beacause of the rains and the weather, but it was not pleasent to clean your teeth in the morning with smell of ammonia around you.

Great house. You can feel the family atmosphere there. In real life looks much better than on the photographs
