I liked the location of the hostel and the friendly staff

The bed was so uncomfortable it was on a concrete base. The bed in other hostels was so much nicer

The hosts were really nice and the place was great.

It would be good if there were locks on the lockers.

I love Peanut House! I booked 2 nights and ended up staying 6, which is the longest I've stayed in a single accommodation throughout my SE Asia trip. the family is so warm and they were just so kind to me every time I saw them throughout the day. Any time I was just sitting around the mom would come and bring me tea :) I wish I could have expressed to them how much I appreciated the time I spent there. They live in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from some shops, so it's a perfect location and felt more authentic than the big tourist road. It's also absolutely beautiful and they sweetly put offerings outside the dorm area every day. the whole place is perfectly clean and I'd always see the family working to keep it this way for hours when I'd come around in the middle of the day. There's a nice balcony and an area to sit and work. they offer all the tours and transport you could think of. the breakfast is always delicious, with the freshest fruit and a different carb each morning. I'll stay here every time I come to Ubud, and would recommend the same to everyone!

There's nothing I didn't like!

I loved the family, they are so lovely and made me feel so included. The cost to include breakfast is such good value.

I'm not a fan of Bali's tradition to have birds in cages, they should be free to fly. The area is surrounded with them which made me feel uncomfortable. Also it's just one room with 12 people in it. Unfortunately for me a large group were staying of young British travellers who were still learning fellow traveller decorum, I had to remind them of a few things so we could all enjoy the space in harmony.

The room is clean, the bed is comfy and the Ac is working well. the hostel location is near from everything. This place is highly recommended for everyone.
