樓梯很難走

Nice modern appointment in central Tainan. Bed comfy and room clean. Big space.

Check in was strange. No one was there to meet me even though I messaged on booking.com and I had to sit in the cake shop next door. If you don’t use LINE app you will have issues. You have to pay cash. Shower floor slippery. There is a kitchen unit but no cutlery, plates, cups and oven is not connected.

The room is very large and comfortable, right across from the Confucius temple with museums and block away and restaurants next door. The bathroom was spacious and the air conditioner is powerful.

The stairs up to the room are very narrow and steep, and will be difficult if you have large or heavy luggage. The door to the room itself is not very secure (it's a sliding door with frosted glass) and doesn’t keep out noise, but luckily I was the only guest in the building for most of my stay. The kitchen lacked many basic supplies I'd expect to find, and I wasn't trying to cook anything.

The apartment (studio) is very well located. In front of the apartment, there’s the Confucius temple. The house is clean and comfortable. There are 2 air conditioners, shampoo and body wash are provided. There’s a small balcony, it can be nice to take breakfast there 👌 Also, there’s a kitchen with a stove, can be useful for those who stay a week or more. The photos shown in the AD are faithful to the apartment.

The stairs are a bit narrow and there was not elevator. So for those who have big suitcases will struggle to take their luggage upstairs or downstairs when checking out.

There was no elevator which was bad for us because we were on the fourth floor. If you are in the second or third I guess it's okay.
