"Davide was very attentive and the apartment is nice in general, but the stairs and the neighbors really ruined the whole"

6.0

There was wifi in the apartment. The apartment is well equipped.

To begin with the apartment is a 4th story apartment without a lift, in total of 93 stairs we had to climb each time to get to the apartment, to top it up, there are a few neighbors in the building that turn on music so loud it woke us up on several mornings, despite talking to Davide the situation didn’t change much for the long run, we were hearing the music every day of our 20 day stay. The location of the apartment is pretty far from the center, a 20 minute walk to get to the main street, and a 35 minute walk to Bari Centrale- but there is also a bus which stops nearby to the apartment. The kitchen was equipped well, except for the fact that the knives were not cutting well and we bought our own knife. The bathroom ceiling is pretty low, which will not fit tall people above 180cm. The heating system didn’t work at all and Davide had to come and fix it throughout our stay, which was a little inconvenience since I believe it should have been checked before our check in. There is also an intercom in the apartment, which also didn’t work and one of us had to get down to open the front door and then climb up the stairs again, Davide then gave us a second pair of keys. Also, quick notice that the intercom doesn’t work only in terms of opening the door downstairs, it is possible to ring the apartment and random people called the apartment several times, even in the middle of the night. The electricity goes down if you turn on several electrical appliances at the same time in the kitchen.
