INWe stayed for one night just like a 2nd home.cleanliness is excellent and behaviour of staffs are customer friendly.location is good. I think Airport transfer charges of rs.400/-is higher for 1.5 kilometres.It should be complimentary in lieu of complimentary breakfast as per option of customer.Thanks

The apartment was very dirty , the showers were filthy and overall apartment in poor condition , it does not match or reflect the feedback. We have made the owner aware so hopefully the feedback will be taken onboard prior to others staying in the future. The room does not lock well and the internet was none existent. Power sockets in the sort meant need addressing as well as the hygiene of the refrigerator. The positive was the helpfulness of the staff who clearly are aware of the situation. Please consider carefully before you book this property

everything. the address is registered inside Cochin airport but the building is actually 1km northwest. it is a tiny dingy dump that is unclean. there were bed bugs, stains and dirt everywhere. the ac and fans were unserviced and loud.

If the check-in and check-out timings were more flexible, it would be much better for guests. In our case, we checked in at 2:00 AM but were required to check out at 12:00 PM, which was quite inconvenient. Currently, the hotel follows a standard check-in/check-out policy. However, if a full-cycle (24-hour or 23-hour) policy were implemented—where guests check out based on their check-in time—it could significantly improve guest satisfaction. Even if a slightly higher charge were applied, many customers would be willing to accept it. This is our concern, and we hope it can be considered for future improvements.
