The Maltings exceeded our expectations, it was spotlessly clean, in an excellent location. With every mod con you could wish for. The apartment was top class, with easy communication and instruction from the letting agent. We would highly recommend The Maltings

Lovely modern apartment, ours was on the 4th floor. There is everything you need to self cater and the appliances/utensils are first class. The whole complex is heavy on security, electronic pin coded entrance, cameras and lock box apartments. Overall you felt extremely safe and a pleasent and comfortable stay. Yes, I would recommend.

I found it fine, but my better half thought it lacked the personal touch and the setup was just a bit too clinical. Perhaps a few hanging hooks in the bathroom for hand towels and the self closing internal doors were a little anoying.

Everything was excellent - very spacious - well equipped-easy parking and access-very comfortable beds!

Unfortunately all the doors are treated like fire doors so they all close automatically which doesn't create a homily feeling - no hooks for towels in bathroom - no chair in bedrooms so all in all very minor personal issues

Easy access, very clean, easy parking, nice and quiet.

Couldn't find fault in anything. Everything available for an enjoyable stay.
