Le bruit , mais cela n'a rien d'exceptionnel vu l'emplacement de l'immeuble Via Roma

Ci siamo trovati bene in questa struttura, Francesco dello staff non ci ha fatto mancare nulla e ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza. Posizione anche centrale a Palermo, quindi consigliata!

Il bar che c'era sotto faceva delle ottime colazioni, la posizione era abbastanza centrale ed era collegata direttamente con il pullman alla stazione centrale quindi per gli arrivi dall'aeroporto molto comodo

L'ascensore non era utilizzabile e la cucina con la sala da pranzo era molto piccola in confronto al massimo possibile di persone che poteva accogliere la struttura.

Breakfast spot downstairs was great and others very close. Main shopping and food options also very close. Bus and Uber service readily available. Great location for a large group or family.

Very small living room area with no television or radio throughout the apartment. Kitchen was small .... but nobody wanted to cook anyway!!

Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, ol proprietario ci ha fatto trovare anche due bott6da 2lt di acqua nel frigo, due coppie di camere da letto con il proprio bagno, posizione centrale e fermata dell'autobus a due passi, gentilezza, cortesia e disponibilità

Difficoltà di parcheggio ma in centro è abbastanza normale

This apartment was perfect for a group of friends. Francesco met us the first day and showed us how every room had its own key and key to the building. This left us all with a great sense of independence as we could come and go as we pleased. The neighborhood was great, right near the historic center with all there is to do, and great restaurants. Francesco even left us some bottled water, coffee and pasta in case we wanted to cook. It was so gracious of him. I recommend this apartment for families or groups traveling together, you have your privacy yet there are common areas that you can be together. In addition to a kitchen it has a laundry, so it’s really great. If you come in by ferry you can walk to the apartment.
