Paradise PRN

Close to restaurants and shops. The 2 stories gave my fam privacy and space between each other, but had a living room area on both floors. TVs in every room. The condo had beach supplies that you can use.

The pool area was clean, but it could use some improvement.

The convenience close to the park. I did dislike being further away from the public access beach and paying parking daily. Public beach was more convenient for my group though. However, the beach access across the highway was convenient for when I went to the beach alone. I enjoyed using one of the bicycles for a couple of mornings, however, the tires may need some air.

The property was great! However, the floors and jacuzzi were not clean. The smoke alarm battery died and there were no batteries available so we had to buy our own battery at midnight and no refund or replacing my battery was offered when messaging. Some of the beach items need updated or gone through and tossed as some of it was broken or too nasty to use. The carport area needs a good cleaning. I tried sweeping some of it.

It was peaceful & a safe area.

I wasn’t aware the walk to the beach was across a busy highway & I have a 3 year old so that was very inconvenient. I thought it was a 950 ft walk & it was definitely further away.

Our family stayed in this exceptional condo for a short stay over Memorial Day. The beach and condo were fabulous. The condo is so room and has THREE balconies. The layout is perfect for families and there are so many sleep options. It is a very quite location, low traffic and because it sits next to a dune rehabilitation area, there are not a lot of condos surround the complex. The walk to the beach is short and the owner has a whole closet full of beach necessities. The inside had plenty of linens and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall it was an exceptional experience.

This is a three story condo. So be aware there are lots of stairs. I had a bad knee so the beach and stairs had me walking slow at the end of the day.

The hostess responses were very friendly and welcoming on top of being quick!! The place was clean, cute, and comfortable! The area of town, as well as the apt complex, was calm and relaxing. *location❤️ *jetted tub❤️ *cute❤️ *cozy❤️ *vibes❤️ *seating on balconies and carport❤️ *hostess❤️ *quiet❤️ *beach supplies in the storage❤️ So many great things about the place!

I would've liked to have instruction for the spa tub for ease of use. And possibly a simple map showing the closest public beach access point for added convenience of guests unfamiliar with the location. We did figure out both on our own, but adding simplicity would help keep frustrations minimal for vacationers.

Very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the beach chairs. Overall great place.

The house and the location. It was a great time being there, we just wish we could have stayed longer. The walk to the beach was a short one and even tho you are not right on the beach it was a short walk. The house was great and we were very happy with it. It was a great trip for us.

The sand. It was not a problem with the house, just part of being at the beach. You can never keep the sand out of where you are staying. Just part of it. We really loved it.
