Everything except for the location and shower. The room is already small as it is and yet cleanliness and confirt was not even achieved. It was very dusty and it felt like the room and the sheets were not cleaned and washed well. The comfort is exceptionally horrible. It was like being in a sauna or instead of air conditioning, it was the heater that was on. We weren’t able to rest at all. With high charges for for a very short stay, cleanliness and confirt should at least be provided along with good staff.

the location is excellent, main reason why i pick this place

Offer something to eat with coffee; ie pastry

Staff were polite and accommodating. Just needs to choose better words when explaining about a customer concern

The air-conditioning system in my room was not working well and I was sweating

The staff was great and the location was great, but the room was falling apart. The TV didn’t work and the coffee machine was broken.

The price of the accommodations is ridiculously high. There was no breakfast. The coffee machine was broken. The walls were falling apart, and you couldn’t turn the TV on. This room should’ve cost a third of what it charged me. I definitely won’t make the same mistake twice I would not book with them again. I could barely even fit in the bed. My feet were touching the wall, and my head was pushed up against the headboard.
