"Didn't stay. Worst rental experience in my 70 years of life"

Nothing. Tried to contact owner/host on morning prior to journey to cape town. Would not answer. Finally found units and could not raise contact, get keys or enter. Security guard suggested it was a scam. I had to drive back to airport in semi dark and luckily got accommodation at airport. I would like a refund please.

Everything was a disaster.

The place was clean and comfortable. The owner was humble and gave us time to check out after stipulated time.

My request prior my arrival was not responded to but it was addressed upon arrival.
