Didnt get in my booked apartment

Upon arrival my apartment had padlocks on and no one to assist They later emailed me to say they can't accommodate me at which time I was at the property already

Very disappointed But there was another apartment in the same complex that was beautiful customer need to be careful which one they choose

The host extremely late, unprofessional, and threatening.The apartment was in a basement which was a safety concern. The apartment didn't look the same as it did online. Also, the apartment was dark and not clean. Due to the above, I had to find other accommodations, and I never reside at Tallyman
