Gaetano could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He met us at the front gate, showed us around the apartment and made sure that we knew how to operate the appliances, etc. The apartment was recently updated and was very clean. It is in a great location for shopping and numerous restaurants.

The decor was tasteful. The dining and living room furniture comfortable; the beds extremely good; the location could not be better. It is close to a vibrant street with many restaurants and beautiful shops The apartment also has triple paned windows that block out all street noise. I have stayed many times in Palermo and this apartment is the best. The owners are beyond kind and helpful.

No elevator but the stairs are wide with low raisers. And the owners helped us with our luggage.

The property was beautifully presented and catered for all of our needs. The location is 10/10 being right in the heart of the city but also quiet. Perfect location for sights, restaurants, luxury shopping and the best cafe (Spinnato) for breakfast in the whole of Italy we used every day of 6 day stay.

Could not fault anything
