They provided a very easy to understand document that lead us to the keys. Vert satisfied with this. Beautiful apartment - had its own charm. Perfect location, everywhere was a close walk.

sometimes the bathroom had a sewage smell but this is probably just a pipes problem that can be fixed. I told them and they said they'd get someone to take a look at it.

Great location and value for money. A quiet residential building in an urban centre. I found it very warm and relaxing to sleep in. Great having a washing machine and catering facilities. The host's communication was great and information for access was very clear. I'd love to stay here again.

Could do with a comfortable chair, and some extra sink drain cleaning in the bathroom.

The only positive aspect was that the building was located on a beautiful street.

We stayed as two female friends, and the notice we saw at the entrance of the building made us feel very uneasy. The lighting in the building was very poor – we almost had to enter in complete darkness – and the door lock was very inadequate. We never felt safe in this apartment, and it seemed like there were almost no neighbors around. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the sheets were old and did not feel clean to us. On top of that, some of the paintings in the apartment felt quite disturbing.
