Loved the room. The room was exceptionally clean and good.
There was no soap in the bathroom. The water heater doesn't even last for 2 mins.

The manager, Aris, is very accommodating and helpful. The kitchenette is of great use, comes handy if you get tired of eating out. Their in-house restaurant also has some great options, but you can order in from other places as well, a thing which most hotels dont allow. But we enjoyed all local delicacies. Local nariyal pani vendors and super market at walking distance. Has all 5 star facilities at affordable rates.
Could have had an ironing board and iron. Rest everything was A-Okay!

Nothing. Because hotel informed that room is not available in the morning of checkin and that we need to cancel the booking. Very very bad. Last minute cancellation is total shocking for senior citizen like me. Totally unprofessional.
