Great location in the centre of Ubud yet surprisingly very quiet. Very spacious room in traditional setting. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Air con wasn’t working fully & staff were there to check it within 5 mins & had it repaired within 24hrs - great service.

The room was extremely spacious with a powerful AC and huge shower. The staff were extremely friendly and even provided us with an umbrella when it started to rain.

I stayed here for 5 nights and honestly, out of all the places I’ve stayed in Bali, this was by far the best. I’ve been to other accommodations with a similar price range, but none of them came close in terms of cleanliness and quality—some were really dirty and poorly maintained, unlike this gem. The location is absolutely perfect: right off the main street of Ubud, yet tucked away in a quiet side alley, so it’s super central but completely silent at night. The room itself was spotless, beautifully furnished with a modern touch that still felt in harmony with the overall style. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had perfect water pressure. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were fresh and soft. I honestly didn’t want to leave! I even asked the host if I could rebook the place for when I come back to Ubud, but unfortunately, it was already fully booked. A huge compliment to the host—thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Amazing location plus nice bed! I really felt comfortable here. The location is amazing and when you enter the accommodation, the sounds of the street fade away!

The owners don’t speak English, so it was more Goodmorning and goodbye.

Very central location since it's right in the middle of Jl Goutama, which is where most of the cafes, bistros, eateries and some shopping are located. It's literally "step out of my room and in a few steps, I'm right on Goutama". Despite the proximity, it is very quiet even during the day. The bed is comfortable and the room is cosy. If you're staying long, they can help you with a laundry service. Ibu and bpk are lovely people and I enjoy seeing their smiles every day.

This isn't a big deal but it would have been nice to have a slightly bigger table in the room to work from, on a laptop. I have to be online for a couple of hours each day and that was just one very small thing. But I guess most people are in Ubud and Bali for a break, not to do any work. :)

The location!!! It’s in the center of Ubud, with countless restaurants and cafes, souvenir shops, local art market, Ubud Palace. The old people staff who were very accommodating, and friendly. Affordability. Hot and cold shower. Free towels. The architecture of the villa, the beautiful garden.

The AC was not that cold; even almost broke down.
