Ottima posizione al centro di Follonica, non ci sono nemmeno stati problemi per il parcheggio, il proprietario ci ha consigliato un parcheggio in cui con un po' di pazienza abbiamo sempre trovato un posto. La stanza (come da descrizione) era di modeste dimensioni, ma per poche notti in due era più che sufficiente. Sarebbe stato comodo qualche filo sul balconcino per stendere. Wifi ottimo e TV con netflix. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Pulizia da migliorare, al nostro arrivo c'erano dei capelli degli ospiti precedenti nella doccia e nel letto e le lenzuola un po' usurate.
