Service très moyen, restauration très succinte et très moyen, beaucoup de choses non disponibles sur une carte hyper réduite. Petit déjeuner avec extras alors que la carte annonce une formule complète, prestation très en deça du standing de l hôtel, sans compter le taxi qui vous plante pour rentrer du magnifique amok sunset qui vaut le détour mais dont personne ne vous a parlé....décevant

The staff, and when I mean staff I mean the manager : refusing to issue an invoice since a month now. The help and service throughout this stay was absolutely inexistent.

The staff has no response when we try to reach out them. It’s not easy to walk from the room to reception. When we need smth, we cannot find the room service guys.
