Palazzo Marsili Serenity

Our host Nic was fabulous...communications and arrival was a breeze. Clean, spacious accommodations nicely appointed with all the little things. The washing machine was a treat and luxurious touches like the heated towel rack so lovely. Fun neighborhood for exploring, shopping and eating all within walking distance.Highly recommend!!

What's not to like? Can't think of anything.

This is one of the best properties we have rented in a very long time. The apartment was super clean. Nicolo our host was super responsive and helpful in getting to know the property and Bologna. One of the best equipped apartments.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

This is a modern apartment within an historic building, very nicely renovated. It is very roomy with plenty of space with suitcases. The shower is great and it was fantastic to have a washing machine during our week in Italy. It is in a fantastic location and Nico was very helpful and accommodating.

Perhaps the towels could be upgraded

Location, super comfortable and quiet. Nicolo gave us really good recommendations and was very helpful. We will come back !

The apartment is spacious and well decorated. Everything is new and of good quality. The location is super nice, close to everything. Nicolo the host is very helpful and polite.

The location was great. Able to walk to all the major sites and meeting places. Plenty of good restaurants close by. We were greeted by Nic the host who took care of our every need. He was very responsive and answered me immediately whether by phone or WhatsApp. We actually requested that he bring us a non- slip mat for the shower and he came right over with a brand new one plus a toaster/ panini maker. Great place to stay while in Bologna.

Excellent location. Although a studio, the unit was spacious, immaculate, and modern. The apartment had been recently renovated and is in a very secure and quiet building. Nico was great meeting with us when we first arrived, providing restaurant recommendations, and called a taxi for us when we left. Bologna was a pleasant surprise for us. A wonderful city that we plan to revisit again. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great location, the room was spacious and comfortable. Walking distance into Piazza Maggiore. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
