The apartment was very tidy and clean, the location is also very good in order to explore the cities of Tuscany. The owners are very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We had an amazing time!

Host is super friendly, the apartment was in a great location, full of amenities, super convenient with 2 bathrooms... Everything is brand new.

Nothing at all

It was an incredible five-day stay. We arrived in Montelupo by bus and Martina (the owner) met us and took us to the apartment. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the stop of the 72 bus that goes to Florence and 20-25 minutes walk from the train station. From the station you can easily get to Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Siena and other cities. Travel time by train to the center of Florence is about 30 minutes, by bus with transfers - about 1 hour 15 minutes. Our apartment was exactly as described, was fully equipped. Among other things, the apartment had a new TV, new air conditioner, a new iron, a small refrigerator. Perfectly clean room, washbasin and toilet. Very comfortable bed, plenty of towels of different sizes. The door of the apartment opens onto a cozy courtyard, where you can dine in the fresh air or drink a bottle of wine. In general, it is very quiet, calm, cozy and clean. Martina and her family are very friendly people, ready to help in any matter. We felt like in a family. We highly recommend these apartments and this wonderful family. Moreover, the owners have several apartments for different numbers of people, with different amenities and, accordingly, different prices. But everything is in excellent condition and very clean. For those who travel by car, there is the possibility to park it. Within walking distance there are 2 large supermarkets, several restaurants and pizzerias.

Thank you very much to Martina and Martina’s family.. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming.. They gave us some fruit, cookies and drink.. Whenever we want they immediately helped us.. Additionally; the place was very close to Florance and you can go there easily by train.. In 20 min. you can go to the station by walk. Also, the area is very quite and you can chill..

The only disturbing thing was mosquitos even if the room had an aparat but unfortunately it didnt work it.. Due to it is a new room, we needed to get some things like iron and it was old fashion and my dress damaged because of that :( But generally, we recommend the place for everyone..

Lovely design, very new and functional. Fabulous kitchen if you like cooking. A perfect base for exploring Firenze and Toscana. Easy safe parking outside. Excellent air conditioning for hot weather.
