The elegance of the building, the history we are so glad we stayed there.

It lacked a few essential features. It was very warm there in Lucca we we warned about no Air con but they took the trouble to email us with the news that there would be a fan for us to use. Alas there was not one provided and that was a problem.

"Excellent location, perfect parking solution."

Traditional Italian, centuries-old residence. Location was excellent. What sold us and will bring us back was the secure parking right next to the building. Anyone driving a car to Lucca should definitely choose Palazzo Tucci!

Those not used to older, rather quirky accommodation may think twice. However if travelers want to stay within the wall and need parking, this is the place!

Very large and comfortable apartment with several rooms Well equipped kitchen. Convenient access both via reception and a side entrance. Friendly staff.

It would be good to have some kitchen staples (salt, pepper, oil etc) Better lighting would be good.

location was amazing- the staff we saw both were really helpful, friendly - especially the man. went though all the map with us and gave recommendations. The apartment could be beautiful .

apartment really dark - we could barely read in the lounge or the bedroom - had to use our phone lights! There is no overhead lighting in the large bedroom at all and bulbs need to be much brighter by the bed. lounge the same- with those dark walls & floors it needs brightening up. the kitchen was a bit sparse but didn’t affect our stay. this could be the most amazing apartment - it’s beautiful- but needs to be brighter and up to date a little. the location is perfect, the staff perfect - just needs to be white/cream with better lighting
