ININThis is undoubtedly one of the best budget hotels to stay in Selam . Location is 10 minute walkable to the old bus stand . I took a single room there recently while travelling to yercaud. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. same for the washrooms also. The reception guy , the guy with specs, was very nice and professional. my booking came with breakfast and their breakfast was alsofairly good. The have a small eating place in the bottom clean and well maintained. Rooms have hot water supply in morning . They also provide a toiletry kit with many items for free . If you want to eat outside or have a coffee, Hotel Sri Krishna is two minute walking distance and they have amazing veg food. in 1200 to 1400 range for a double room this hotel is great. Single Rooms cost half that of a double room the bathroom is shared though.
No lift. Upper rooms are better though. There might be some noise, during morning hours from street. But no issues at night

Awful location! No car parking! Hotel in the process of renovation! No lift! We were given room in the third floor! No restaurant! TV didn't work! Bathroom faucet was leaking! I wouldn't recommend this hotel for family.
INStay very budget friendly and they also given me a complimentary breakfast. Stay is very very good.
