Steep narrow stairs might be a problem for some people, but it was worth it for the quality of the room.

The service from the staff was perfect, always swift to respond to messages. The complimentary local wine arranged by them was so thoughtful The location was fantastic, out the door and right in the middle of the hustle of the city. The hot tub on the roof was perfect for lazy afternoons and evenings after excellent wine and food, site seeing.

Posizione centralissima, camera abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. Bello il terrazzino vista tetti ma poco appartato, con idromassaggio molto grande.

Prodotti da bagno inesistenti; ( solo un bagnodoccia in dosatore all'interno della doccia stessa) e una piccola saponetta nel lavandino. Accappatoi non pervenuti( ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto chiederli...) Dimenticanza? Idromassaggio; quando lo abbiamo fatto partire ha fatto una schiuma che ha portato a galla tutto lo sporco. ( Non basta aggiungere all'acqua prodotti per la disinfezione, ma bisogna pulire soprattutto le pareti interne con prodotti sgrassanti. Non ci sono tappetini ne vicino alla vasca ne alla fine della scala ( quindi porti l' acqua ovunque).Infine sarebbe opportuno che quando un ospite fa notare qualcosa che non ha soddisfatto le sue aspettative o ha fatto presente la poca pulizia , di non trovare scuse banali e infruttuose. Tutti possiamo sempre migliorare.
