The staff tried there best to make us comfortable

Well, it all started when I booked through Booking but when I got there, I didn’t have reservations. I was told the hotel just transferred ownership and all Old reservations were canceled. My new reservation was an additional $50 per night. The rooms were definitely not worth the additional fee, but it was the only available room in town. Very disappointed with cleanliness of Hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was excellent and very accommodating.

The location.

Mostly the motel was being renovated and was almost totally empty except for construction employees.

They were doing construction on the room next to me. The shower didn't drain, all these shower fixtures were loose, tv didn't work. I add a reservation for a king size. Bed and only got a full size bed.

Nothing

Well, for starters, there's no one up front. Try calling them no answer. Online said check in at 2pm when I got there, someone finally came to the door after 45 minutes, said check in is at 330pm, they dont go by what's online, so now I am waiting again.

I've stayed there many times while traveling through. It would have been nice for the new owners to finish remodeling before increasing the price.

Torn carpet, hot outside air pouring in from outside around the door, no light bulb in kitchen or stove vent. No cover for the sink drain. Poorly stocked bathroom supplies. Incorrect tv remote. Room cards stopped working @ 10am instead of 11am. Broken ice machines in walkway.

It was ok as far as location. It was a great price.

It could have been cleaner.

thee key didnt work went back to office for that. Then went to room again and room was not cleaned, went back to office got a new room, shower curtain rod was bent and so curtain curtain wasn't able to close properly

Location

Our room wasn’t ready until almost 5:00 (check in was 3:00), no toilet paper in the room, no towels in the room. Had call to ask repeatedly for them from my cell phone as there was not a working phone in the room to call the front desk. Also went to the office for these things as well. Ice machine wasn’t working. Went to the “breakfast included” at 8:00am and all that was there was lukewarm coffee and dry cereal (no milk) that was stale. Microwave in the room didn’t work.

No "Free Breakfast" as advertised.
