ZAWe tried to address the safety and maintenance issues with staff. They seemed willing to send staff out, but never addressed any issue. The place was filthy, in disrepair and generally a very bad experience.

NAZAthe a c of the apartment was dropping water for the whole 3days that I lodged there and the management didn’t do anything to it .. and they have a very pool service and rude staffs .. it’s really not a good apartment at all

The booking arrangements were shocking!! Advertised on booking .com and then claiming not to accept payment thru b.c and asking me to pay into another account in spite of the fact that I had paid THRU THEAUTHORISED BOOKING AGENT!!!! REALLY VERY INEFFICIENT especially for elderly folk. Would never stay there again.
