Easy and convenient staff very friendly and helpful

The facilities said mini bar, dressing gown but there were neither. The fridge was not connected and there was no available socket near it to plug in.

Just the area is ok for this hotel that's it, close to promenade, restaurants and coffee shops. Good thing they have car park for customers free off charge we had a rented car.

When I done the booking I payed for a room with balcony and we been checking in a room with out it. Was 2 aviable when i book it. . Brakefast very disappointed even if I payed for breakfast we didn't eat in there...nothing as a normal breakfast unfortunately We stay in room 504 for 5 nights no one came to clean it ,chnage towel, no toilet roll been top it up. Room and bathroom dirty by paint, the sink dirty with paint as well, long hair on the walls in the bathroom straight we checking. I went for a good and not cheap room when I done my booking and get rubbish one unfortunately. I'm sorry but this is my real opinion about it. Not going in there anymore. None smoker couple but evrey think in there smells cigarettes, even the bedsheets pillows🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
