evrything ,was horrible experience there..

Stay could have been lot better with cleanliness. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty. Mosquitoes in toilet. Had to request for clean bedding.

Cleanliness

The room was typical Indian Modern: that is large, well presented and clean.

I had no towel or toiletries as expected. I had to ask numerous times for a towel until one was finally suppled. Dinner was average and by Indian Standards expensive 560 rs for main course with rice (180 for plain) and a sweet lassi

Property Location is Good but appearance is not good, Cleanness is very pathetic condition, even no one ready to listening us for our problems, No WiFi in the rooms, only Reception Area have wifi facilities, as per your website you are claim that property is 3 star is totally rubbished, property only stand as 2 star hotel. 2- entire staff need basic training from Front Office to Housekeeping including kitchen staff, as per Breakfast, steward told us only Paratha or Sandwich available in the dinner time we had wait 20 minutes in the restaurant but no one come to us to attend us. and we are only 2 person in entire Restaurant, as per their Invoice you get 15% commission on our room bill is there problems, you peoples also responsible about property standard, over all property is hope less and very bad condition , we are totally disappointed in all area. did you know they are not providing any facilities in Bathroom ( No toiletry in the Bath room) we asking Towels 3 time but they say laundry will come after 12Noon, when we come back at 6 PM and in the room bathroom no Towels again i ask towels and they are not providing Towels till 7PM

Everything is hopeless, no Proper Breakfast, No towels till 7PM, No proper cleaning in the Bathroom and room, No Intercom working, entire Staff need training.
