Hotel Arcadia Cuernavaca

No me abrieron la puerta no deberian dejar hacer reserva si nadie abrirá ridiculo que yo pague esto!

The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel was cozy, everything I needed was great.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable (stiff), and the TV had only three channels.

Carlos and his wife were very welcoming and attentive. They took time to talk with us and give us recommendations. The hotel is very close to the center. The room was large, the beds comfortables and the wifi connection was very good.

Only issues with hot water

Carlos was a amazing host and helped me a lot during my staying !

Great location and kind staff.

Noisy rooms, you can hear a TV all night, eco when other guests are speaking, and low water pressure on the showers.

A decent budget hotel in a good location, less than 10-minutes walking to the main plaza. It was clean and the best thing about it was the extremely nice and hospitable hotel manager (I believe his name was Carlos) who was extremely accommodating.

Rooms are very basic, the bed is pretty hard, and the worst thing of all is that there is a lot of street noise (particularly so for us as our room was right over the street in front).
