Riad Córdoba

mécontentement concernant l'état des installations sanitaires au riad Cordoba Marrakech . En effet,Nous tenons à exprimer notre profond mécontentement face a des installations sanitaires, qui ne répondent pas aux normes élémentaires d'hygiène et d'entretien.

La localización del Riad está muy cerca de la Plaza Jemaa el Fna. Lo único que para llegar al Riad tienes que pasar por unos callejones que si vas sola y de noche da miedito. El Riad tiene una terraza con buenas vistas a la plaza. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado.

La habitación del Riad que escogí según el anuncio era con baño privado, en cambio la habitación que me dieron solo disponía de una ducha y un lavamanos dentro de la habitación. El toilet estaba fuera compartido con otra habitación. La habitación no tenia papelera algo que eché de menos. Las fotos del anuncio son muy vívidas y parece diferente a la realidad, a nivel de limpieza regulín/standard para Marruecos... Lo más decepcionante es que te cobran 2,50 por día en tasas y no está anunciado. Algo decepcionada la verdad.

Very friendly staff; before my arrival the host sent me a message which was very helpful. When I arrived and couldn’t find the location, he came to pick me up at the main square. Very quiet, so a good place to stay. The price is very fair for what you get.

il punto è veramente perfetto, vicino al centro e inoltre molto silenzioso. la camera ma era piccola ma cera tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. wifi andava molto bene. ingresso carino e caratteristico.

il fatto che i servizi fossero fuori dalla camera non è stato un problema, ma sicuramente per noi che non siamo abituati è stato un po' strano. la porta della camera non si chiudeva del tutto, ma per fortuna non faceva freddo. la corrente ogni tanto saltava, ma dopo qualche secondo la riaccendevano.

The location was good, very central

There were so many things that went poorly about the stay. I could tell from the photos that there was no window in the room and the shower is not in a separate space, this caused a very big and unexpected problem, at some point the all my clothes were damped and the room was just so humid and uncomfortable to sit it. Then the bed was very hard and it was overall not clean, the sheets felt dirty the floor was dirty, there was dirt in the corners. I did i good amount of travel and usually i am not picky with my accommodation because i dont like to spend a lot of time in the room but rather visit stuff. For the price some things could have been forgiven, like the fact that we had very poor communication with the host, we were trying to find out information and i requested to be picked up from the airport, never got an answer and many more that i would’ve overlooked if the place was properly clean because that’s what i care about the most

información engañosa: el baño no es privado, solo lo es la ducha. el excusado es compartido y no muy limpio. no hay personal. se cortó la luz durante horas, por lo que no había aire acondicionado. habitación sin ventana ni ventilación. fuga de agua en un lavamanos de la habitación
