Marken Studio Apartments

​Struttura in ottima posizione! L'appartamento in mansarda è davvero spazioso e offre una bellissima vista sulle montagne dalle piccole finestre. Mi ha accordato un po' di flessibilità sull'orario del check-out.

​Gestione dei disservizi carente: la connessione Wi-Fi è rimasta inutilizzabile per l'intera durata del soggiorno e la segnalazione inoltrata non ha ricevuto seguito. Mancanza di attenzione anche nella dotazione della cucina, limitata al solo sale e priva di servizi di cortesia basilari come acqua o caffè di benvenuto.

The location was perfect - close to the train station and walkable to all the sites. Lots of restaurants and shopping steps away. Apartment also had lots of room and the beds were comfortable. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Property manager was easy to communicate with.

There are no toiletries - shampoo, body wash or conditioner. The shower leaks. However the biggest issue - by far - and the maintenance reason we have to rate this apartment so low was the fact that there is a large nesting of birds on the roof, on the skylights. The birds were incredibly loud and woke us up at 2am and 1am on both nights, and continued making an insane amount of noise for HOURS. We only got a few hours of sleep each night. If you can't get a good night sleep on vacation, that kind of ruins the whole stay. If you stay there, insist on a lower level room.

It was very accessible. Place was big and clean with good heating. Comes with a TV as well. And has locks on the room doors. Instructions to get in was clear. There is a supermarket right beside.

The main room didnt have black out curtains. So it was really bright with the sun shining in.

The location was fabulous. Perfect for central Bergen and everything is on the doorstep. The apartment was a great size and the facilities were all good; the shower was excellent. A good price for such a central property.

The tv controller didn't work so we had to buy batteries. There were no instructions for the tv or the apartment ventilation. We figured these out but would be helpful to have these explained. The shower door leaked a bit and this could be improved.
