Jomana Luxury Apartments

The place is strategically located to malls and other places on my interest. The self-catering service makes it convenient to enjoy your own cooked meals, while at the same time enjoying fast food. The host is super accommodating, kind, and on speed dial whenever a need arises.

Property is at a great location. Access to public transport, nearby restaurants, filling stations and the University Teaching Hospital. The room has an inverter so you always have power. Also has a gas stove and fridge. It has a Washing machine but you can’t tell if it for the housekeeper or the guests.

No wardrobes to hang clothing. The back yard seems a little neglected which is a shame as it looks like a great hanging out space.

It's full of potential with modern facilities and kitchenette with gas rings and good kitchen utensils. There's a nice covered outside area as well.

I had 2 days of no power and this meant much of the benefit of a nicer apartment was unusable. Additional solar was due to be installed but this was days after my departure. Unfortunately the luxury sheen was unreachable in power outages. More thought on window dressings required to stop light leakage at night, and the ability to switch off external floodlights would be desirable.

Really warming welcome. Nice and clean equipped apartment. Despite the electricity issues in Lusaka, the owner made available solar panels for lights and charge a phone.

The lack of electricity prevented us to watch tv, use WiFi or properly charge our phones and use the laptop for web meetings. The location is not exact on the map.

The place is lovely and relaxing , and I like the fact that i could make/cook my own food if I wanted . It's really a great place

It was very clean and in a secure area. And the staff was friendly and accommodating. Especially Aunt Diana the caretaker . Will definitely be back

There was no Wi-Fi but it’s fairly new and expect it should be installed soon
