"Wonderful people and great flat, but very hot during the summer."

Really nice people, well equipped kitchen and an adorable balcony.

I can imagine how this place could've been wonderful, as long as it wasn't summertime. Sleeping with no AC and only 1 fan was almost impossible, let alone staying there during daytime.
