INVery dirty room....AC was out of order,we suffered a lot and stayed in the heat. The fridge was also not in working condition. I demanded a pillow but they didn't provide it. Bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets were very dirty. 4 empty wine bottles were kept in the balcony. It was a very bad experience.
INNothing to like worst experience ever had
This was the worst experience of our life. Family trip was ruined on the first day of stay. The rooms were not cleaned from God knows how many days or months. Window was missing glass, curtain rod broken, mirror hanging on 1 nail, kitchen tap broken. Balcony was filled with cigarette butts. Bed was so dirty and torn. Washroom was not washed. Fan was not in good condition and had layers of dust. Mosquitoes everywhere. Worst experience. Worst service. Not at all recommended. Do not reserve and don't believe the images they show in website. The person was in the reception crook hearted person. While checkout sweeper attended us. Even after calling he never turned up.
