Location and local manager

It’s directly above a bar restaurant that is loud from afternoon until after 1:00 am. They also don’t tell you that you share the apartment with two other parties. Complete deception in the listing. Property wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Active termites.

On arrival my host offered me a $30/night upgrade to a beautiful condo on the beach overlooking the water. It was a full apartment, with a beautiful balcony and in the midst of a large, gorgeous complex with multiple pools and a great beach.

The original Casa Gemelas I booked was one bedroom with a small balcony and then shared kitchen and living room with two other rooms. Also the address was very difficult to find as the street numbers follow sequentially as per normal for a while - and then they don't. Make sure to get the cross street before getting a cab.

posizione ECCELLENTE, host molto disponibile, cucina pulita con pentole nuove e tutto l'occorrente davvero ben tenuto. c'è anche una teiera elettrica e una moka grande per il caffè.

le camere sono sopra al ristorante e c'è musica fino all'1 di notte. LA CUCINA NON è PRIVATA come segnala booking, ma condivisa.

It's a shared community with nice rooms, I became friends with other roommates. It's good to have hot water, since in Puerto Vallarta there is a problem with that. Fast internet. Host is very nice and attentive, was working hard to fix any problems. To summarize I had a very good experience, definitely staying here again when I'm in Puerto Vallarta.

The restaurant outside the house can be quite loud.

Shared space was not listed as such

Loved the historic house. The bedroom balcony/patio was awesome. Great shared common areas and the washing machine was a bonus.

Muy buena comunicación con Felipe, resolviendonos todo. Muy comodo bonito y limpio . Cerca de la parada de camión que nos llevaba a las playas, al centro, al malecon.... Muy recomendable
