The staff were very nice. The location is great for shopping. It's one of the closest hotels to the Nairobi Mombasa Terminus station. Comfortable stay. Was worried it would be lpid with the club below, but it was okay.

Umm, it didn't have a toilet seat on the toilet, which from the response from staff didn't seem like a rarity at the hotel (!) The kindly got someone to install one for us immediately, thank God. Also, it's like 7 flights of stairs to get there, so wouldn't recommend if travelling with heavy suitcases.
