The experience was amazing. the rooms were clean & spacious. the environment is quite ambient and quite for a good rest. another thing i loved is its nearness to the main road & airport. The food was quite delicious.

The food portions were quite small.

the staff were fantastic and helped me a lot with the taxi to the airport

the location is a bit hidden but close to the airport

I have got no answer to my email I have written at home before my stay. At least I payed but did not stay there.

the people were great. ms Linda and the security guard were very professional and security guard protective I recommend this place I had a 9 hour layover

It was what i expected for a 1 night stay short notice, the staff were great. However the wifi was really slow while using the room connection.

Everything. I'd asked the hotel beforehand to arrange an airport pickup for me, which they confirmed ahead of time - and then there was no car for me when I arrived. I had to get a (very overpriced) taxi to the hotel instead. The hotel was NOT close to the airport at all - it would've taken just as much time to go to a better place closer to the city center. When I did get to the hotel, they didn't have my booking and the staff at the front desk kept repeating that "the system is down" and couldn't check me in. I finally ended up just leaving.

Reception was exceptional. The rooms were ample amd clean. A few minutes ride from the Airport.
