"Cheap but really good just needs a few fixes"

For the price I don't think you can find anything better. Also there were a lot of facilities i.e fast wifi and a large bed.

The toilet had an issue it couldn't flush but I think that's sth that can be fixed. Also maybe the sofa could be cleaned or replaced

"My stay was good."

Property is well located. Its secure and its spacious

There is no parking. Difficulty getting out as there were truck on my way offloading who were not reasonable as they had to finish offloading before i move out.

It was convenient for what I needed. The owner gave the needed information

The caretaker needs to work on his hospitality skills. There was no greeting, no welcome, not even offer to help with luggage The owner needs to agree with Booking.com regarding pricing to avoid future conflicts with guests.
