The owner and staff could not have been more helpful. I appreciated the very late check-in and late check out. They were flexible with the booking as well. Just lovely people running a solid hotel in a great location.

The property was clean and comfortable, my room had a balcony and was spacious, the bathroom was clean and functional, the property was walking distance from transport links, restaurants, shops and the sights, staff were friendly and helpful. I think it represented good value for money.

There was a really weak wifi signal in my room. The router is probably located far.

The location is perfect. Near bus and taxi stations. The view in my room was superb because it comes with a balcony.

Nice facility and staff. I didn't pay for breakfast, but the lady in the morning let me stay for coffee.

No one was at the reception desk when I checked in around 8-9 pm. I had to ask a group of young adults smoking at the neighboring building to call the hotel. Very frustrating after long day.

Location is perfect! it is just 5 minutes from bus station, very close to the museum and also to all main places, like restaurants, shops etc. You can go to Efes ancient city by city bus , or even walk (if you like walking/hiking). The people in hotel are really amazing, so kind, i am very happy to meet them! it is really important. The room was also good, warm (it is important!) and it has everything that i needed - shower, hairdryer, air conditioning (it was cold outside, so i put in on 30C, and it was so warm!). Tea and coffee was free, also the breakfasts were very delicious. I can recommend this place . The correlation between price and quality is good.

The main problem is that room was not perfectly clean, unfortunately i found a lot of hairs in the bathroom area and unfortunately on the bed sheets as well, so i asked the personnel to change bed sheets and pillow covers and then it was good.

Super friendly staff that went out of their way to help us. Rooms were nice. Close to center of Selcuk and easy 2 min taxi ride away from Ephesus.

At the time we stayed here the hotel was still under construction. Our floor and the reception was only floors completed. However in a couple of months all work could be completed and I would definitely recommend this Hotel then.
