Accoglienza superlativa; colazione buona; personale veramente gentile e disponibile; posizione eccellente (dista solo qualche decina di metri dalla fermata di Murano Faro)

La pulizia della camera non era eccezionale. Nel complesso, comunque buona, se non ci si formalizza troppo. La camera è molto piccola, ma per dormirci soltanto va più che bene.

Le calme et la localisation

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful as we arrived after hours. They provided us with the entrance code and keys to access our rooms without any issues. The next morning, we had to leave early to catch our flight so we couldn't stay for breakfast, but they offered to pack us a few snacks for the road which was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Our stay was short but truly enjoyed it.

If I had to pick something that could be improved upon it would be the bed. It was very squeaky and not very comfortable, and although the room was smaller than expected, it was still perfect for our needs.
