"在意大利43天的旅行中,最讨厌的民宿。"

接待员工傲慢、冷淡。chick out后把钥匙交还给他,让他遥控开大门放我们的车出去,他非常不耐烦。房间里很多设施都是坏的,特别是淋浴开关都掉下来了。图片与实际不符,照片上的泳池根本无法进去。

The host was proactive and messaged ahead of time to ensure had the right location with pictures/etc. We also asked about checking in early, which they accommodated; with the caveat that they were still cleaning the property. This was appreciated. The view was beautiful and we had both windows and AC.

The home is advertised with 2 bathrooms, but one of the bathroom was unusable. There was not a working shower in that bathroom; the showerhead was been removed at some point. While there was functioning toilet, there was no toilet paper or waste bin. But the worst part was the smell. While it was contained to that room-we had to shut the door to do so. My friend mentioned it smelled like the time they found a dead mouse--so while there wasn't any visible dead animals--we opted to keep the door closed. The other bathroom was generally clean. Our biggest issue was that there was a half a roll of toilet paper--and that was it. There was no additional TP or facial tissue. Additionally, the bathroom contained a hair dryer box--that contained no hair dryer--only the attachments. In the kitchen, there was a washing machine as advertised, but no detergent to use the machine. There was one singular dish rag, but there were also no waste bins or paper towels. Our frustration largely stemmed form the how dismissive the host was. When we inquired about the hair dryer and toilet paper (2 items we strongly believe MUST be included), he insisted the hair dryer was there--even when i showed him the empty box and searched the whole property. He offered so resolution, other than telling us to buy it ourselves. The rest of the missing items (detergent, paper towels, facial tissue) are items that most places do provide, but some may argue they are extras--I hold the belief that a rental home should include such items, but we did not bother to ask, given how dismissive he was about TP and the hair dryer. It should also be noted that there was a laundry drying rack, but it was broken. We did have some hand wash detergent we considered using to do some laundry, but the broken drying rack and no other real drying options, we simply didn't get to launder. Lastly, one outlet in the bedroom was taped to the wall-didnt feel safe using it!

"Practical property, suitable for 'fit' and 'minimalist' visitors."

6.0

We liked the sea view from the property and how clean it is. It had most (but not all) of the necessities you'd expect to find in a fully furnished apartment to be rented by tourists.

Before arriving, the property manager didn't want us to call him directly, but rather refer to a video he shared on how to collect the keys. Initially, I though it was very strange not being greeted by a host to collect the keys and get a bit of an insight to the property, its facilities and its surroundings. However, after watching the video a couple of times, were were able to find our way to our apartment. The apartment was missing a kettle, a clothes iron and a frying pan (basic necessities). When asked, the property manager's answer was "Just use whatever is in the property". Some bedroom tiles are broken and need to be repaired. The shower tap handle is loose and comes off. It needs to be repaired. During a thunderstorm the power was cut-off. The Manager advised us (the customer) to 'turn it back on !?' from the circuit breaker, without getting electrocuted, and shut down few appliances to prevent it from happening again. During check-out, few people were coming up with swimming gear and towels. We then noticed the complex had a swimming pool. We believe it is part of the property manager's duty to advise the customers about ALL the facilities the property has upon arrival, including the swimming pool. Had the manager spoken to us and told us about the pool during check-in, we would have used it. The nightly property rate we paid included a swimming pool, but we weren't able to use it due to lack of communication. Google showed the property was only 15-20 minutes away from the Positano Town Centre on foot. This was a bit misleading, because the property was situated at a much higher level than the town centre's. It turned out the time is measured while going down 'few hundred' steps through not-so-obvious pathways to reach the town centre. On the way back, you'd need to either climb them back up (exhausting), or take the bus. Naturally we took the bus back.

The views were amazing! We had walked the Path of the Gods, the property is at the top of the hill, there is a pool, amazing food at Da Costantino just across the road. Nice balcony to enjoy Positano below.
