Though I booked the room in advance, it is a non premium room and this the condition which I should expect He was asking for more money to upgrade to another room

INOur stay at Hotel golden continental was awesome. It is close to the main temple yet it is away from the hustle/bustle of a small city. It was very calming and safe and walking distance from baidynath temple. Staff and food items quite decent. neatness and cleanliness is of really top quality. Rooms are very good. we are recommending this hotel to our relatives and known people.

INwe had a fantastic stay at hotel golden continental. Quite a decent property. Food and staffs was nice. They arranged taxi for site seeing and also referred a pandit ji who helped us to pooja at baba baidynath temple. while coming back from temple to hotel we walk down, which was just 800 meters, while coming backing back from temple, we crossed passed Shiv ganga-a auspicious/sacred and very large ponds . Over all best location , neat and clean property, good food and courteous staff. We will definitely recommend this property
