We stayed one night at Hotel Bukovina Inn. Even though we checked in very late, the staff member who greeted us was very friendly and welcoming. In the morning, we didn’t have breakfast since we hadn’t ordered it in advance. By mistake, we paid twice for the room, but when we noticed and contacted Oniceaga Lucian, he was very kind and quickly returned all the money. We really appreciated the honesty and helpful service.
