no wifi, limited water heater, staff need more training to be more friendly

its a bit hot during daytime water pressure was low no wifi stuff is not frirndly

1. Great hospitality. The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. One day they played the music a bit too loud in the morning when I had a meeting call, I asked them to adjust the volume, they immediately turned the volume down. 2. Great location. It's close to the Pergasingan Hill hiking starting point. You can also visit Bukit Selong to see the sunrise/sunset. You just have to walk for 30mins. One of the staff offered to take us there with car, but we enjoyed walking there because the sembalun village was pretty. 3. The room was clean and looked like the picture. Spacious too! 4. I think they had insulation in the structure, the temperature of the room was always great. If it's warm outside, it's cool inside. Vice versa.

1. The restaurant was still closed, but it was okay since we could walk to other restaurants nearby. 2. No wifi. They offered to tether to their phone but since my reception was still okay, I used mine. 3. The hot water didn't work for the last two days of our stay. We stayed for 4 nights there.
