Location is super central but still the room was not noisy, the bed huge and very comfy, nice modern bathroom; also nice that breakfast is included

It was not super clean, there were crumbs on the floor and hair in the shower; that said the bedding was clean; the door to the balcony didn’t seal closed leaving a little gap through which mosquitoes and bugs got in

Beautiful place in the city centre, very quiet and peaceful, awesome hosts. strongly recommend

noise made inside can be heard outside, so I wouldn't recommend this place if you were going to entertain as a consideration to the hosting family

Very clean. Room is cleaned every two days. Friendly staff and neighbours. Easy to communicate with staff. Easy and convenient to order breakfast. Good location, near many cafes and restaurants. Very nice view and nice room.

The entrance is a bit bizarre. It is a mix of reception, kitchen and a place where the neighbours gather. That being said, everyone is very friendly. There is no lobby or area where you can eat breakfast, so breakfast is served in the room. If you are sensitive to sounds, be aware that the main street is noisy (my room was not facing the street and I heard it very well) and there are dogs and chickens nearby.

Comfortable bed and good shower. Respectful young owners. They don’t try to engage with you too much, you can have your peace. Room has good AC

Can get a bit noisy as it is Ubud downtown. My balcony had no view as the roof of the other villa was blocking it.

Place was awesome, staff were super friendly, the place was clean, wish i could ahve extended but they had someone else staying there

Super kind staff, very clean and the location is perfect to explore Ubud.

The room was nicely decorated. The receptionist was helpful in refunding the money when we had to cancel after one night.

Everything outside the room was horrible. Messy reception and no sound proofing in the room. The doors to the terrace do not close properly and the bugs and the noise is like sleeping on the road outside. We moved after one night!

A magical place! A truly authentic Balinese home 😊 Unassuming from the outside but absolutely magical on the inside ✨ Huge windows, a fresh renovation, and a charming vibe. The only downside is a bit of noise from the road, as the window faces the street. However, it’s within walking distance of many great shops, restaurants, and even the Monkey Forest 🐒. Overall, a wonderful place—highly recommended! 🌺

Couldn't sleep all night because there was a monkey on my balcony who tried to get into my room.

Our room was on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony facing the street, it was very cute, clean and new. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was just so good, didn't want to get out of it😇 Location is great, close to the shops and restaurants Staff is very friendly and helpful, even though the property doesn't have an elevator, we were assisted with our luggage🙌🏼 Would definitely stay again🥰

Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, but yet I could leave my yogurt at the main fridge at the reception so really didn't bother us🙌🏼
