La Parrinara

Großzügiges Anwesen, man hat praktisch ein Haus mit Orangenplantage, Pool, Barbecue-Bereich usw. nur für sich. Alles da, was man braucht, zwei Bäder, drei Schlafzimmer und eine große Küche. Dazu noch ein schöner Blick auf Francavilla und die Ruine des Castello Ruffo in einer sehr ruhigen Lage.

De locatie was echt geweldig. Mooi uitzicht op Francavilla en elke ochtend verse sinaasappels plukken. Alhoewel een auto aan te raden is zijn alle belangrijke voorzieningen op loopafstand terwijl je toch echt 'buiten' bent. Zeer schoon en praktisch huis met mooie buitenruimte.

Italiaanse bedden zijn altijd wat aan de harde kant. In de keuken is het even zoeken, weinig opbergruimte. Maar dit is echt een kleinigheid.

Tolles großes Haus, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, großer Pool, Ruhe, wunderbare Aussicht, inmitten von Orangenbäumen. Man ist schnell im Ort und kann sich etwas zum Essen besorgen. Nah an der Alcantara - wenige Minuten zu laufen.

Küchenutensilien (z.B. Espressokanne) könnten teilweise erneuert werden.

Wspaniała, spokojna lokalizacja. Z dala od zgiełku ale blisko atrakcji turystycznych. Tuż przy malej urokliwej miejscowości. Miejsce gdzie można odpocząć. Dom z piękną aleją drzew cytrusowych i dużym basenem na wyłączność.

Wspaniała posiadłość, z dużym basenem (głębokość ok 135 cm) i dzikim gajem z drzewkami pomarańczy, orzecha włoskiego, winogronami i jeżynami W domu jest też stare, ale sprawne pianino. Do pobliskiej miejscowości dwa kroki spacerkiem. Do najblizszego sklepu 10 min. Nie jest to typowy dom wakacyjny dla turystów, ale autentycza sycylijska rezydencja, w której można znaleźć starą, pozłacaną zastawę stołową, pelne półki krysztalowych kieliszków, stare lampy, obrusy i haftowane serwetki w szufladach, a na tyłach domu i altanek rupiecie, które nikomu już do niczego się nie przydadzą. Dla nas to było idealne miejsce, żeby poczuć "sycylijskie klimaty".

Wieczorem przydałoby się lepsze oświetlenie basenu.

Locatie, uitzicht, ruimte

Fotos komen niet overeen met de realiteit, alles is verouderd/ slecht onderhouden. Horren zijn kapot, houten dek rondom het zwembad is verrot en er steken schroeven uit en splinters, ligbedden kapot, huis was niet schoon (oa meerdere pannen niet schoon, vloer niet schoon) Tuin is niet onderhouden….

This place was absolutely wonderful! It felt like a true getaway with a secure, private atmosphere and charming fruit trees, making it feel like a cosy retreat on a little farm. The clean, private, spacious pool was a fantastic bonus - we enjoyed it a lot. The house itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, fully equipped for cooking meals or enjoying a relaxed BBQ. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole place had a warm, cosy feel that made it easy to settle in and feel at home. Situated on the outskirts of a smaller town, it was quiet yet convenient, with all the necessary amenities close by. The location is also ideal for exploring popular spots on the east coast of Sicily - everything is located within a reasonable driving distance. There are also some fantastic restaurants in the area. The host was always responsive and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday! We will definitely be back! :)

The location is amazing. The villa sits detached in an orchard surrounded by mountains. The view and privacy offered by this property is simply stunning. The house is comfortable and offering all amenities needed. There were some small issues which were immediately acknowledged by the owners and set to fix as soon as we left. The hosts were lovely and eager to welcome us. They were only a message away if we needed anything and every morning, early in the day, they sent someone to ensure the pool was always clean :) Overall, it was a wonderful getaway and will definitely go again!

There were a few amenities issues which we discussed with the owners and said they would arrange as soon as, It didn't interfere with our stay though as there was always an alternative.

We absolutely loved our stay! The views! What a fabulous, peaceful place to enjoy and explore North Eastern Sicily. We really loved the pool, the spacious grounds, and space to ourselves. We took advantage of the excellent bbq setup as well. The fresh oranges to pick from the groves on the property and then be able to juice was a wonderful treat and fun activity for our young daughter too. We look forward to returning and disappointed not to be waking up there this morning and going for a dip! Thank you Francesca and Serena for an amazing villa to enjoy our holiday.

Nothing! :) The only slight thing as tea drinkers is that we missed a kettle but we managed just fine with the excellent facilities available.
