Posizione vicino alla spiaggia sabbie nere,rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo per gli standard dell'isola

Abbiamo avuto tutto il comfort per stare bene a Vulcano.

Ci è piaciuta un po’ meno la posizione, comunque è stata una nostra scelta consapevole.

Struttura accogliente a pochi passi dal mare, posizione incantevole, una casa adatta per la famiglia non manca niente, la sensazione è stata come soggiornare in una nostra seconda casa, é posizionata in una zona tranquilla lontana dal caos del centro ma abbastanza vicina per raggiungerlo anche a piedi. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente se non fosse per il costo improponibile dei traghetti.

In reality the property looks much better & in better condition than in the photos (both inside & outside). The rooms are tiny, but well arranged (just fine for a family of 4-5 people). Even the bunk beds were nice & robust (looked a bit scary in the photo). The kitchen room is bigger & the kitchen itself is sufficiently equiped, we didn't miss anything --- we even baked our own pizza. The porch is spacious, good for eating outside. The washing machine is behind the house, as well as a pair of rusty but usable bicycles. Overall it had a pleasant authentic feeling of a private family summer house & we did enjoy staying there. The calm Black Sands beach is very near (200 m), shops & restaurants not far (700 m). The sulphuric smell of the Hot Springs beach luckily doesn't reach the property. The condominium & its neighbourhood was very quiet, with gardens full of flowering bushes, palms & huge cacti.

The formulation of extra fees was misleading (re basic bed linen & towels) or outright hidden (re cleaning). There was a language barrier --- all communication was in Italian only (both host & the house admin). The electricity there is "weak" --- it's easy to "blow up fuses" if you turn on a few energy-hungry appliances at the same time (e.g. oven + water boiler + washing machine) & it's not easy to fix it. The unavoidable mosquitoes --- both inside (despite the nets) & outside (making it impossible to dine at the bigger table on the porch).
