A superb Riad located in the heart of Marrakesh medina, only a short walk to the Jama el fina, the location was superb. Finding the place can be a little tricky at first as the taxis don't go all the way in due to narrow streets (similar to all other Riad's here) but the hotel staff are happy to come receive and drop you off to the taxi. The staff were exceptionally brilliant, one of the most helpful I have ever met in my travels, they made sure our stay was stress free and relaxed. They went out of their way to help arrange transport during a busy festive period, gave a lovely guide to Marrakesh on arrival and were always happy to provide tea and snacks when requested. Communication was very easy. The pool in the courtyard was small and not a proper swimming pool, but the jacuzzi on the roof was a great experience (which the staff made sure was clean and ready for our use when requested). All in all, a brilliant experience, would definitely come back soon. p.s. It was a pleasure meeting the resident cat, Bagheera, who by all accounts is the actual owner of the Riad

A minor issue, we booked 2 different rooms with a bath tub, but the drain plug wasnt working in either, so we could only take a shower. However the staff was aware of this and was waiting for a fix.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Zoraida. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The riad itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The rooftop terrace is a true highlight — a perfect spot to unwind and recharge, and sipping a traditional Moroccan mint tea up there is an absolutely blissful moment. What really stood out was how incredibly quiet and peaceful the riad is, a genuine refuge from the noise and bustle of the Souk and the Medina just steps away. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

Wir waren extrem zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön: ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und man ist mitten drin. Am Anfang wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und mit einer Karte und vielen Tipps eingewiesen. Bei krankheitsbedingten Herausforderungen wurden wir wunderbar unterstützt. Das Frühstück ist gut mit kleinen Abwechslungen und liebevoll angerichtet! Spa ist ebenfalls gut. Alles wurde wunderbar organisiert.

The staff was wonderful. They were very nice and always ready to help. The breakfast was also delicious and ample.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, stílusos szállás, jó elhelyezkedés, nagyon nagy àgy!
