Riad Zoraida

Everything about this establishment was first class. On arrival we were cordially greeted by Ayoub who, in addition to the traditional Moroccan tea, easily spent 15 minutes going over a map of the area around the road (easily one of the best hotel area maps I have ever seen) including sightseeing, transport and restaurant recommendations. WiFi connection was quick and easy with a scanned QR code. The breakfast was tasty and substantial. Our room was neat and clean with really hot water for showers. Finally, the riad staff went out of their way to provide us with breakfast when we had to leave early and arranged an early morning taxi for our flight home, which can be problematic in the medina's narrow streets. This place absolutely earned the five star rating I gave it.

Really there was nothing to complain about.

The staff were so amazing and accommodating - they have made our time in Morocco simply enchanting. The Riad itself is beautiful and the location was very central to the medina. It was easy to find with location services, but don’t expect a taxi to take you all the way because the closer you get to the medina, the narrower the streets get.

Bed was reasonably comfortable. Room was a good size . The staff were great always willing to assist and give guidance. The cat! Great location for palace main sq and tinsmiths sq.

Would have liked the option to pay sundries final payment by card. However appreciate that Marrakesh is predominantly cash.

The staff at the Riad, Issam, Husain and Ayoub were very welcoming and offered plenty of local knowledge and advice, nothing was too much trouble. At least one of them was available at the Riad 24 hours a day. The location was within easy walking distance of the Medina. I would be very happy to return.

Bellissimo Dar nella parte sud della medina. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Piccola piscina nel cortile Interno e Jacuzzi riscaldata in una delle stanze.

un endroit digne d’un conte de fée ! un personnel très très attentionné. un pdj très varié modifié tous les matins. situé à 5mn à pieds du palais Bahia et 10mn à travers le souk de la place principale au cœur de la médina.

rien tout était parfait.
