USWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aurora House. It was bright, cheerful, comfortable, and clean, plus in a great location just steps from IL Capo Market and next to a grocery store. The owner even left us a basket of goodies--coffee, and snacks. The check-in video was super helpful too. We would definitely stay there again!
The only thing we didn't have that I would have liked was a bottle of water since you can't drink the tap water. We arrived around midnight so it was too late to buy any.

PLVery good contact with Davide. When we had difficulties with opening the door to the flat for the first time he came over very quickly end helped us. When the same door problem appeared again, he fixed it the next day for good :)
The heating in the bedroom wasn't working and we were informed about this the day we've landed in Palermo. We were using the heating in the kitchen but unfortunately I get cold all the time so it was a little bit uncomfortable for me. Other than that, everything was as it is in the description.
