"Exceptional"

Proximity to Glacier Bay and Diamond Beach are a huge plus. The view from our room looking out at the ocean was incredible. The breakfast was amazing - high quality and plenty of options to suit different tastes.

Check in was a bit slow with only 1 staff member working during what seemed to be a peak.check-in time.

Schone kamers en vriendelijk ontvangst. We mochten eerder inchecken. Pittig van prijs maar de kwaliteit was er ook naar.

"景色の良い孤高のホテル"

ラグーンにぽつんと立つホテルで、部屋は駐車場側でしたが、レストランやロビーのデッキからの景色は広いラグーンとそのなかを走る車、海が見えて爽快でした。レストランも宿泊代も値段もそこそこしましたが、それに見合う気品のあるホテルだと思いました。レストランは2階で我々は二日ともレストランを利用しましたが、一階のバーもとても雰囲気が良く、軽食も食べられるようでした。サウナもちゃんと熱く、しっかりした設備コントロールがされていました。スパはとても人気で二つの浴槽が人で混雑するほどではありました。フロントの方の対応も、誰に何を相談してもいつも気持ちよい笑顔で答えてくれました。他のホテルには無い室内用スリッパが用意されていました。これはスパが無料だからこそだとは思いますが、アイスランドでスリッパがあったのはここのホテルだけでした。

アイスランドのホテルはどこもそうですが、湯沸しポットはありませんでした。
