Ambiente accogliente e profumato, un open space caratteristico con piscina calda. Divani, sedie, poltrone, letti comodi. Bagni grandi ma senza porta, purtroppo credo faccia parte della cultura del posto. Il riad è molto luminoso, ogni tanto entra un uccellino dalla terrazza. La signora è accogliente e aperta a parlare e aiutare. Lei preparerà un’abbondante colazione: yogurt con cereali, pancakes, Nutella… ma anche salato come uova e frittata.

Alcuni angoli sono sporchi: in una camera c’è un lampadario super piumato enorme da cui temevamo uscissero ragni ma non è successo. In bagno non è chiaro quale sia il vastino della spazzatura: c’erano dei cesti di vimini vuoti quindi abbiamo usato quelli ma non sappiamo se sia giusto. Abbiamo avuto problemi nell’organizzazione del checkout: abbiamo lasciato le borse nel riad alle 11 e ci siamo dati appuntamento con la signora per le 3:30 per recuperarle, però siamo arrivati un po’ prima e abbiamo trovato puzza di fumo (in generale, visibilmente si percepiva che stavamo dando fastidio).

"Estancia excelente con un trato impecable"

El alojamiento fue genial. Desde el primer momento todo estuvo muy bien organizado. La persona que nos recibió fue muy maja, agradable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. El conductor enviado por el establecimiento también fue muy simpático y trabajador, lo que hizo los traslados muy cómodos. Además, el dueño de la finca mantuvo en todo momento una comunicación muy eficiente, estuvo atento a cada detalle y siempre disponible para cualquier necesidad. En general, la experiencia fue muy positiva.

No tenemos nada negativo que destacar. Todo funcionó muy bien y cumplió con nuestras expectativas.
